McDonald's, Fix Soft Serve So McFlurry Isn't a Coin Flip
You drive over for a McFlurry. The machine is down. Again. Soft serve should not feel like a limited drop.

01 / The accusation
McDonald's sells the dessert. Then shrugging is the topping.
The McFlurry is on the menu until it isn't. Multi-year trackers still catch soft serve unavailable across the country. The meme got old. The downtime did not.
This is not a moon landing. It is frozen dairy on a commercial machine. Customers should not need a third-party outage map to order dessert.
03 / Independent proposal
We sketched uptime because 'sorry, machine's down' got stale.
A soft-serve reliability standard for McDonald's: machines that stay ready, franchise-friendly repair, and a clear READY status so 'unavailable' stops being the brand's dessert personality.
Speculative concept, not a McDonald's product, endorsement, or plan. Nobody at McDonald's asked. Anyone turned away at the speaker already did.

04 / Add your name
Tell McDonald's to keep soft serve actually available.
Don't need our exact concept. The bar is dumb-simple: if McFlurry is on the menu board, the machine should be working more than it is broken. Publish uptime. Fix the machines. Stop making dessert a rumor.

Tell McDonald's that soft serve and McFlurry need reliable uptime, not another unavailable shrug.
